Exploreyourpassion.com was launched in fall 2013 and the mission was to connect talented people with attractive companies in the European mountains. The launch was a success and in the first month only the site gained over 700 registered applicants. ?By combining our expertise from the hospitality industry and the passion we share for skiing we launched a platform where people can seek their next challenge? says Matilda Rapaport, co-founder of Explore Your Passion.
Exploreyourpassion.com offers applicants a quick and simple sign up process. Once a member, he or she can easily register a resume and apply for jobs in a specific field or location. The resume is saved and can be updated at any time. The employer on the other hand can quickly upload advertisements on the placement board and take advantage of the applicant network that Explore Your Passion offers. ?The business model is very simple? says co-founder Marcus Löwgren. ?Basically the employer creates a profile and is then charged a fixed fee for each advertisement? he explains.

Explore Your Passion AB was founded by three graduates with their background in alpine skiing. By combining the experiences from hospitality management and the broad network within the alpine industry the company offers professional, cost-efficient and customized recruitment solutions for clients.
Matilda Rapaport, holds a master in business from Stockholm School of Economics and divides her time between professional freeskiing and Explore Your Passion. Lives in Engelberg, Switzerland, and was previously the hotel manager of Ski Lodge Engelberg.
Marcus Löwgren, holds a bachelor in business from Stockholm School of Business. Previous alpine skier and sports manager at Saltsjöbaden?s ski club. Currently works with sales within the IT-industry and lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
Arthur Rapaport, just finished an exchange year in San Diego, California, and Zurich, Switzerland and is now on his fourth year of studies within the fields Engineering, Business and Computer Science at Linköping Institute of Technology. He has previously spent seasons in Whistler, Canada and Engelberg, Switzerland.
